I’m Delfina Huergo, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals, families, and groups. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and cultural identity, with a strong focus on serving Spanish-speaking and multicultural clients. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical, integrating evidence-based trauma therapies with cultural awareness and respect for each person’s lived experience.
